The IMB are here to help.

If you wish to talk privately to the IMB about any matter concerning your time in prison you can:

• Ask your Class Officer to Contact the IMB
• Speak to any IMB Member you see in the prison
• Write to us, marking the envelope “Independent Monitoring Board”
• The IMB will try to help, or advise you where help may be found.
